Who operates this site

What we collect
- The site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts.
- No account, registration or online form is offered, so no data is submitted through the site.
- If you write to us by email, or call, we hold your contact details and the content of your message, together with any documents you choose to send.
- Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, including IP address and browser type, for delivery and security. We do not use that data to identify individuals.
Why we hold it
Solely to answer your enquiry, to carry out any engagement that follows from it, and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to us. We do not build marketing lists, we do not sell or rent contact data, and we do not share it with third parties except where a project requires it and you are aware, or where we are legally obliged to.
How long we keep it
Correspondence that leads to no engagement is kept while it may reasonably still be relevant, and then deleted. Where an engagement follows, records are kept for the period required by applicable company and tax law in the United Arab Emirates.
Where it is held
Our correspondence and document systems are operated in the United Arab Emirates and the European Union. Where data reaches a service provider outside those jurisdictions, it does so under that provider’s standard contractual protections.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy. Write to info@ms-pci.com and we will answer within thirty days. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page and takes effect on publication. It applies to ms-pci.com only, not to sites we link to.
