Services
Five stages, one chain. A client can take any one of them, or the whole sequence from the first hazard review to the signed handover certificate.
01 — Fire Safety Concept & Strategy
What the facility contains, what can go wrong, and the protection philosophy that follows. The document every later decision is measured against.
→02 — Engineering Analysis
Risk assessment, scenario definition, consequence modelling, thermal radiation, blast overpressure, fire water demand and hydraulics, smoke control, evacuation.
→03 — Design & Documentation
FEED, basic and detailed design of detection, alarm, suppression, water supply and passive protection, with interface management across disciplines.
→04 — Project Management
Owner’s engineer in front of the EPC contractor: scope, technical requirements for tender, interface and change control, site supervision.
→05 — Procurement & Commissioning
Technical bid analysis, factory acceptance testing, pre-commissioning, integrated system testing, authority witnessing, handover and operator training.
→Where the work usually starts
Earlier is cheaper. A protection philosophy set during FEED costs a fraction of the same decision taken after the plot plan is frozen and the equipment is on order. The most expensive engagements we see are the ones that begin when a design is already in front of an authority and does not pass.
